i finally did it today.
10 chinups.
10 consecutive free throws. (AFTER 3 HOURS.)
10kg consistent right hand bicep curls.
ahhhh now i feel weak. but it's such a great accomplishment i thought i'd put it up here so i never forget, and give me motivation :D
on to 12.5!
